During the normal operation of the machine, the pressure of the pipeline strainer is generally adjusted to 0.1-0.3 MPa. This can be adjusted through the return line or the return valve on the pump. If the filtration pressure is too high, the filter bag and the protection net will be damaged. Pay special attention.

 

There are also stringent requirements regarding the installation of pipeline strainers. Bypass installation is used as far as possible so that the equipment can be maintained and maintained without stopping the machine. The pipeline filter can be installed horizontally or vertically according to the actual situation in the site, but the equipment must be connected to the pipeline according to the direction of the inlet and outlet. When the vertical installation, the inlet of the equipment is upward, and when the installation is horizontal, the outlet of the sewage is downward.

 

In addition, in the inlet of the pipeline strainers, the outlet, the sewage outlet, etc., the valve should be installed and the quick valve should be used as the drain valve of the filter. The net distance between the pipeline filters is not less than 1500mm; the net distance between the equipment and the wall is not less than 1000mm; a maintenance space of not less than 500mm shall be left between the equipment and the surrounding to facilitate the operation of the staff.
